Many industrial steel buildings use insulated sandwich panels because they reduce heat transfer and improve worker comfort. In tropical regions, 50mm PU sandwich panels are frequently selected for roof and wall cladding.

Ventilation design is equally important. Ridge ventilators, wall louvers, and natural airflow systems help remove heat and dust from the building interior.

From practical experience, excessive roof skylights often become leakage points after years of operation if installation quality is poor. In many industrial projects, translucent wall panels provide more reliable natural lighting.

Cost Control Through Smart Engineering

Reducing project cost is not simply about using less steel. It is about improving structural efficiency.

Oversized members increase fabrication cost, shipping weight, and installation difficulty. Optimized structural layouts, efficient bracing systems, and rational span design can reduce steel consumption while maintaining safety.

For one mining warehouse project, adjusting the internal column arrangement reduced the total steel tonnage noticeably without affecting operational space. The client saved both fabrication and foundation costs.

That is where real fabrication experience becomes valuable.
